Orders are generally processed within 2 business days and are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Calls, reeds, and cork are not returnable for health and safety reasons. For acceptable returns, a restocking fee will be charged and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
A small restocking fee will be charged for items that are cancelled before they are shipped.
