Refund policy

Calls, reeds, and cork are not returnable for health and safety reasons. Exchanges or returns of any defective items will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of hand made products and the variations in natural wood and leather, an exchange for an exactly matched item may not be available.
